Dr Dustin Tavenner achieved his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Montana. His passion for helping people and the broad scope of practice that the Chiropractic field offered brought him to the National University of Health Sciences. Here he furthered his understanding of the human body while serving as the University’s Athletic Director before graduating in May of 2008. After graduation, he spent a year working as an Associate Doctor in a Chicago clinic focusing on Spinal Decompression, Pain Management and Physical Therapy. He was then offered a job working with a physical therapy office providing therapy for patients involved in personal injury cases, workman’s compensation as well as private insurance. He spent 1.5 years with the physical office before deciding to open Lakeshore Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center (LCRC) in 2010. During the clinic’s first year of business, Dr. Tavenner continued to provide physical therapy and it did not take long until his Chiropractic clinic became busy. Since that time, LCRC has moved to Michigan Avenue and continues to provide high-quality, tailored Chiropractic care to downtown Chicago. The clinic currently uses a variety of treatments consisting of Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture and Custom Foot Orthotics in order to best treat their patients.
