Dr.Fisher is a native New Yorker, who has been involved in sports &fitness for over 30 years including competitive running, cycling, &rowing providing him with a vast understanding of sports &accident-related injuries &rehabilitation. He received his BA degree in 1984 from the University of New York in Economics &Political Science then received his DC in 1992 at Palmer College of Chiropractic West. He has 18 years of experience treating patients injured in automobile accidents. Dr. Fisher has a private practice in Baltimore, Maryland.
