Background and Experience
Dr. Tseng is board certified in Family Medicine. He is a graduate from Touro University, California and completed his Family Medicine residency at St. Petersburg General Hospital. Dr. Tseng also serves on the board of the Hillsborough County Osteopathic Medical Society.
At Swann Medical, he is responsible for EMC evaluations for auto injury patients, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, medical weight loss and aesthetics.
