Dr. John Zrelak specializes in sports injuries and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and a member of the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council. Additionally, he is a member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society, American Chiropractic Association, and Member of the River North Association. Dr. Zrelak has worked with several professional sports teams, helping with injury prevention and achieving optimal function and performance. Dr. Zrelak believes in treating the total body naturally to allow his patients to reach their health goals by using a vast array of techniques which include spinal and extremity adjusting techniques, acupuncture, nutritional counseling and exercise. When he is not in the office, Dr. Zrelak is an avid snow skier, wake surfer, and plays hockey in his free time.
