From the time that she was 4 years old, Monica played soccer in Franklin, TN and continued to play through college with a scholarship to APSU. At 17 years old, her body began breaking down and everything changed. She had developed a “chronic” disease called Ulcerative Colitis.
Soon after graduating APSU with a Bachelors degree in Psychology, she got a job as a Chiropractic Assistant and learned about the amazing healing capabilities that the body holds. Dr. Monica received her Doctor Of Chiropractic degree from Life University. She is not only an advocate of Optimal Living, she practices what she teaches everyday in her own life. Dr. Monica is a heart centered passionate person who is dedicated to helping her community thrive!
