Dr.Santucci was born in the Bronx, NYC &graduated from All Hallows Institute. Upon his family moving to New Jersey he withdrew from Manhattan College &graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 1977.He established his practice in Hackensack in late 1977. Noticing a large number of lower back injuries from improper lifting and job training he pioneered a pre-employment placement screening and training program that not only helped prevent injuries but significantly lowered workers compensation premiums and, in the process, garnered him national recognition from the American Chiropractic Association.
